If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with OneRooftop, you will need to reach out by email to email@example.com to let us know. Please make sure you are emailing us from the email address that is registered on your account. If not, let us know the email address or domain name associated with your account for the quickest turnaround time.
A couple of things to keep in mind when canceling your account:
- You will want to make sure you have exported any of your guest contacts/upcoming reservations to a csv so you can have a record of those when you switch to new software. See our guide for exporting this information here: How to Export Reservation Information
- Once your account is canceled, we will no longer send availability to connected channels. Please make sure you are manually managing those or have connected them to a new PMS/channel manager.
- If you have your own domain name, you will need to update the DNS settings with your provider so it points to your new website. In rare cases, if you pay for your domain name through OneRooftop, please let us know so we can initiate the transfer of ownership to you.
Please note that we do not refund subscription fees that have already processed. Requests for refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
