Occasionally, guests will inquire on one of your properties, but they may be open to other available units in your inventory. This guide will show you how to create a customized search link so your potential guests can view all available properties for their dates.
1. After a guest has inquired, access their reservation from the reservations list.
2. Next to Reservation Info, click the globe icon.
This will open a new tab as a property search results list and will display all available properties corresponding to the dates and guest count within this inquiry
Only properties with the visible status will appear in search results.
3. Copy the entire URL.
4. Go back to the reservation page and click Messages.
5. Paste the link in the body, and complete composing the message to your guest.
6. Send!
