How to turn on instant booking

By default, your properties are set to require approval any time a guest submits a reservation request with payment. This means that it will not be confirmed until you log in to the reservation and accept the payment.

If you prefer to allow guests to book instantly (without approval), follow these steps.

1. Go to edit your property
2. Click the 'Rates' tab
3. Scroll down to 'Payment Schedule' and click edit next to the first payment
4. Use the drop-down in the 'Require Approval' setting to change it from yes to no
5. Save

This setting applies to direct (website) bookings, as well as properties directly integrated with VRBO.
