1. Go to your Reservations List and select a reservation to edit.
2. Click the Messages button in the top right corner.
3. Click "Templates" to load a predefined message.
4. Or you can compose a message from scratch.
5. Click "Show Advanced Options" to view or edit the From, To, CC, and BCC fields. The To field will automatically load with the guest's email address if it has been added to their reservation information.
6. When you're ready, click Send.
Want to include a link to a receipt?
1. Within the reservation click Rates & Fees at the top.
2. Scroll down to Receipts at the bottom.
3. If there is not already a receipt, generate one using these instructions.
4. If there is a receipt click Info > Copy Link. You can then paste this link in the body of the email.
