How to Request a Guest Review

Guests can easily leave reviews directly from your property page.

1.  Direct them to the property page, then look for the "Add Review" button near the bottom.

2.  Once they fill out the form, you will receive a notification that a new review has been submitted.

3.  Log in to OneRooftop > go to edit property > Reviews

4.  You will see the new review at the top of the list with the "hidden" status.

5.  To make it live on your site, click the pencil next to the review title.

6.  Change the status from Hidden to Visible.

7.  Add an optional owner response.

8.  Click Save. It will now be visible on your property page.

To send guests an automatic email with a request for a review, you will need to create a new scheduled message. Be sure to include a link to the property in your email!
