Every time a new guest makes an inquiry or reservation through your website, their name and information are automatically added to your guest list. However, you can also manually add a guest to this list.
A guest's profile is associated with the email address they use to inquire or book a reservation. If they inquire again in the future with the same email address, a new profile will not be added, but their existing one will be updated.
To add a new guest:
1. Log in to OneRooftop > Guests
2. Click Add Guest in the top right corner
3. Fill in the guest's details in the pop-up window
4. Click Save
5. The guest should now be displayed in your guest list
