Payment Processor: Payments for integrated HomeAway reservations are processed through OneRooftop. This requires setting up a merchant account with either Stripe or Braintree if you have not done so already.
Rental Agreement and Cancellation Policy: These are both required for the integration. Enter your cancellation policy in Website > General > Receipt Settings. Rental agreements can be added to properties on an individual basis under Rates > Booking Settings. Or you can update multiple properties at once using the bulk update tool.
Allow Booking: This must be set to "Yes" in order to process HomeAway reservations. You can find this setting in each property under Rates > Booking Settings. Or you can bulk update this item from the property list (see instructions above)/
Enabling Instant Booking: OneRooftop offers instant booking through its Accept Booking function. You can enable this function by going to edit Property > Rates > Payment Schedule > Require Approval: NO. Instant booking is an optional feature.
Enabling Automatic OneRooftop Confirmation Emails: Go to edit property > Channels > HomeAway Specific Settings to decide whether or not you would like to enable OneRooftop system messages that are sent to the admin and guests when they inquire or confirm bookings. This is an optional setting and may also be updated in bulk from the property list.
