By default, reservations with the cancelled status do not appear in your reservation list using the "Show All" filter. If you would like to view your cancelled reservations along with all other reservation types, it is very simple to update this setting.
1. Log in to OneRooftop > Account > General
2. Scroll down to General Settings
3. Include "Cancelled" in "Show All" > select "Include"
Can't find a reservation? It's possible that it has been archived, so click "Show All" and filter by "Archived" in your reservations list. Click the eye icon to un-archive the reservation.
