Activate HomeAway as a Channel Partner and enable listings to feed over. In order to enable HomeAway as a channel partner in OneRooftop, please email email@example.com.
Enable each property you'd like to have on the integration. Do this from the Channels tab in the property settings.
Edit the HomeAway specific settings from the channels tab on each property. Headlines are required. You also have to choose whether or not you would like to use the default payment schedule for each property here.
Contact your HomeAway account manager. If you do not know who your account manager is, you can contact their sales department at 1-877-238-3813 (M-F 8am - 5pm CST, follow prompts 1 and then 2). Let them know your PMS is OneRooftop and you want to get your properties integrated. If they ask for your advertiser ID, it can be found on the channels tab on any of your properties. It will look like this: WC-ID-XXXX.
A Pre-Implementation Specialist will contact you to go over the activation process. They will confirm that your account is ready, and will set an appointment for your activation project.
When it is time for your appointment, an Implementation Specialist will contact you to begin your project.T hey will send you a Mapping Spreadsheet that allows you to associate your software property IDs to HomeAway listings you have already published. Property IDs can be found within OneRooftop on the top of the Edit Property page, as well as most places property information is shown.
Complete and return the Mapping Spreadsheet with the external IDs from OneRooftop. The Implementation Specialist will then work with the Engagement Manager to set up your integration and will send you a few test bookings to make sure that the information is correct.
Once you've had successful test bookings, your activation is almost complete! Your Implementation Specialist will end the project by explaining how to troubleshoot errors on your nightly audit report, and how to navigate your HomeAway Dashboard.
