You can make mass changes to system notifications (inquiry, pending, booking notifications, etc.).
At this time, it's not possible to mass update custom/scheduled messages.
1. Log in to OneRooftop > Account > Defaults.
2. Scroll down to find the message template you wish to edit.
3. Click Expand to view details.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Save (at the bottom of the section you're editing.
6. Click Mass Update.
7. Select which items need updating by changing the corresponding drop-down from "Don't Update" to "Update."
8. Click Save.
