Update your login email address, change your password, update your guest authentication settings and edit your email delivery settings.
The login email address on your OneRooftop account is the default sending and receiving address for system notifications (new inquiries, booking confirmations, etc.) If you want notifications to go to more than one user, you can change the message BCC List by property. For more info on editing property messages, click here.
1. Log in to the your OneRooftop Admin. Go to Accounts > General
2. To update your email address, enter the new email address in the Login Email Address field and be sure to click Save.
3. Create a New Password and Confirm New Password.
